Pricing
Pricing is simple and transparent. My fee is $100/hour, or fixed rates based on services selected. We prefer to offer a clear, predictable cost for our services, so you always know what to expect. Please be advised that our minimum monthly fee is $800.
Pricing is based on things such as number of accounts and transactions, types of transactions, frequency of services, time needed, and complexity. Please note: all bookkeeping is completed in house. We do not outsource your bookkeeping to other companies.
Catch up and clean up projects typically run several thousand dollars depending on the scope of work. I try to charge a flat fee on these projects as much as possible, though hourly rates are also available. Projects of any size are welcome.
While bookkeeping costs can vary widely, my clients typically see monthly flat fees in the $700 to $1500 per month range. For books with a higher number of accounts or level of complexity, pricing may be in excess of this range. For simple books with few accounts, pricing may fall below this range.
How It Works

- Your books are kept in online. You have access to them 24/7.
- Bookkeeping is handled on an ongoing basis, with occasional questions or clarifications requested as needed.
- Books are reviewed and reconciled on a regular schedule.
- Financial reports are prepared and delivered to your secure client folder.
- Questions are answered and ongoing support is provided.
